When we have a relocation buyer in from out of town, we clear our schedule to give you full time and attention until you find your home of choice. That's just the beginning. Below are a few of the tasks we will do for you while you're awaiting settlement.
CONTRACTING. You select your home of choice and we'll make sure everything in the contract is done in a timely manner. We are equipped with the latest technology to work with buyers who are not in the area.
LOAN PROCESSING. We'll make sure your documents are in order and that the loan is progressing to settlement as it should.
INSPECTIONS. There will be a home inspection, radon inspection, termite inspection and any thing else required by the contract. We'll take care of them for you and if there are defects make sure that your interests are protected.
CONSTRUCTION. If you purchase a new to-be-built home, we'll watch the construction every step of the way from foundation to walk-through. We'll also send you photos of your home under construction on a regular basis so you'll know the excitement of your purchase coming together as your home. We'll monitor the inspection stages and send you regular reports.
RESALE HOMES. Resale homes generally settle within a month or two. We'll be here to make sure everything is coordinated with the inspectors, settlement company and the sellers.
